The Organ – Grab That Gun (2004)

I got into The Organ long after the Vancouver-based band had self-imploded; I was going through a phase of listening to an English band called Electrelane who sound pretty much identical when The Organ released a posthumous EP las year. I got it, loved it, and bought their 2004 album, which I loved even more. It opens with an absolute blinder - 'Brother' appears on a playlist me and Dave made for a pub called The Trent in Newcastle, which was one of our favourite places until the owner had to sell it.
